Both entities were founded by the visionary James Henry Lang Jr., who, in 2021, gifted the ownership of the South Carolina-based company to his sons. This esteemed family-owned, operated HVAC company has a rich history of serving South Carolina’s Lowcountry and Coastal Empire since 1976.
